Expanded painting opens up a space for play, experimentation and even chance. Through the accumulation of matter transformed with paint, an installation has gradually taken shape, composed of individual elements that each develop their own visual language. Together, however, they acquire a broader meaning through the space they inhabit and the dialogue they establish with one another and with the viewer.
